THIS IS A 2005 HUMMER H2 6.0L WITH A MAGNUS SUPERCHARGER,THIS HUMMER HAS 319 RWHP.THIS VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED FROM THE FACTORY WITH A 4L60-E TRANSMISSION.THE FACTORY TRANSMISSION WILL NOT HOLD UP TO THE POWER OF A SUPERCHARGER AND IT DID NOT.WE WILL DO A 4L80-E TRANSMISSION CONVERSION.THE 4L80-E TRANSMISSION WHEN BUILT WITH THE GOOD PARTS WILL HANDEL UP TO 1700 HP & 1700 FOOT POUNDS OF TORQUE.THIS TRANSMISSION WILL HAVE THE BEST OF EVERYTHING.THIS IS A PARTS LIST OF WHAT WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE 4L80-E TRANSMISSION,STEEL BILLET INPUT SHAFT,STEEL BILLET INTERMEDIATE SHAFT,STEEL BILLET FORWARD CLUTCH HUB,PRO MOD DIRECT DRUM ,THE VALVE BODY WILL GET A SHIFT KIT BY TRANS-GO,THE FORWARD & DIRECT CLUTCH PACKS WILL GET ALL ALTO RED EAGLE CLUTCH PLATES WITH KOLENE STEEL PLATES,THE TORQUE CONVERTER WILL BE UPGRADED TO A PRO TORQUE 2500 STALL.WE WILL ALSO BE CHANGING THE GEAR IN THE FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIAL FROM THE STOCK 4.10 RATIO TO A 5;13 RIOT THIS WILL GIVE THE HUMMER GOOD LOW END TORQUE.
THIS IS A COUPLE OF PICK OF THE TRANSMISSIONS, THE ONE ON THE LEFT IS THE 4L80-E & THE TRANSMISSION ON THE RIGHT IS THE STOCK FACTORY 4L60-E .
HERE ARE SOME PICKS OF THE UPGRADE TRANSMISSION PARTS.
THIS INTERMEDIATE DRUM WILL HANDEL UP TO 1700 HP & 1700 FOOT POUNDS OF TORQUE,THE INTERMEDIATE DRUM IS CNC MACHINED WITH A OVERSIZES SPRAG THAT WILL HOLD FOUR INTERMEDIATE CLUTCH PLATE,THE STOCK DRUM WILL ONLY HOLD 3 INTERMEDIATE CLUTCH PLATES,AND THE STOCK 34 ELEMENT SPRAG WILL ENCOUNTER TROUBLE @ 600 HP.

HERE ARE A COUPLE OF PICKS THAT WILL MAKE THE CONVERSION WORK,STARTING FROM THE TOP OF THE PICTURE ,DUST COVER,STEEL BILLET 4X4 OUTPUT SHAFT,4X4 ADAPTER TO CONNECT THE TRANSFER CASE TO THE TRANSMISSION.A TRANSFER CASE SPACER,AND TO THE LEFT OF THE PICTURE IS THE WIRE HARNESS USED TO CONVERTER THE 4L60-E TO A 4L80-E TRANSMISSION,AND TO THE RIGHT IS THE DIP STICK AND TUB.
THIS IS A MAG-HYTEC DEEP TRANSMISSION PAN.
THIS IS A PICK OF THE DIFFERENTIAL UPGRADE FROM STOCK 4.10 RING & PINION TO A 5.13 RING & PINION WITH A EATON POSS UNIT.

WEDNESDAY 4-9-08 WE START TO INSTALL THE TRANSMISSION AND TRANSFER CASE INTO THE 05 HUMMER H2.MONDAY 4-12-08 TRANSMISSION & TRANSFER CASE IS INSTALLED.WE RAN INTO A COUPLE OF PROBLEM'S THE EXHAUST HIT THE TRANSMISSION PAN, TO THE EXHAUST SHOP WE GO,PROBLEM FIXED!!!!!!!!!!! THE DUST COVER WAS TO THICK TO FIT BEE TWIN THE FLY WHEEL AND ENGINE BLOCK.
